Our team conducts extensive upfront qualitative and quantitative due diligence for both direct investments and asset raising opportunities. Bosque actively invests in the financial products we represent as well as other opportunistic investments.
Bosque frequently plays a pro-active role, working side-by-side with management teams to help drive the success of the investment management firms with which we have a strategic relationship. This role can vary greatly depending on the needs of the firm and may include, but is not limited to: providing assistance in structuring terms of investment vehicles to match underlying investment opportunity, refining components of investment strategy, sourcing of deal flow, building team structure, matching firms with strategic service providers, financing of the general partnership, raising early-stage/seed capital, crafting marketing materials, developing compliant websites, and developing insightful communication strategies with managers to strategically brand a firm to investors.
